Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Turnpilot, an operations platform for short-term rental teams available at turnpilot.app with the application at dashboard.turnpilot.app (the “Service”). The Service is provided by Turnpilot (“we”, “us”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to the organization.
1. The Service
Turnpilot helps short-term rental teams organize their operations: managing properties, planning and tracking cleaning and maintenance tasks, keeping inventory, recording work, sharing photos and videos, and training team members, including AI-assisted features such as generating training tests from documents you provide. Features may evolve over time as we improve the Service.
2. Accounts and organizations
Work in Turnpilot happens inside organizations. An organization is created and controlled by its administrators, who decide which members to invite, what roles they hold, and what they can access. Administrators can add, restrict, or remove members at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly through your account if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans and pricing. The Service is offered on a monthly subscription consisting of a base fee plus a per-property fee. Current prices are shown in the application before you subscribe.
- Free trial. New organizations receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial at no cost.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never touch Turnpilot's systems.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will retry it and notify you. If payment is still not received after a grace period, we may suspend access to the Service until the outstanding amount is settled. Your data is not deleted merely because of a payment failure.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from within the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refunded.
- Price changes. We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period after the notice.
4. Your content
Everything your organization enters or uploads into the Service — properties, tasks, inventory records, work logs, documents, photos, videos, and other materials (“Customer Content”) — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide support. This license ends when the content is deleted from the Service, subject to a limited period for removal from backups.
You are responsible for the Customer Content you and your members submit, including having the necessary rights to upload it — for example, consent from people who appear in photos or videos where required.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- upload or share content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or is harassing or abusive;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other organizations' data, or our infrastructure;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by circumventing usage limits or security measures;
- use the Service to send spam or distribute malware;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties outside your organization without our agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, where practicable after notice.
6. Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and performant, and we schedule maintenance to minimize disruption where we can. However, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-interruption. Outputs of AI-assisted features are generated automatically and should be reviewed before you rely on them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, to the extent such exclusion is permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or affects mandatory consumer rights.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account or organization at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these Terms and, where the breach is curable, fail to cure it after notice, or where we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership of content, limitation of liability, and governing law) continue to apply. Following account deletion, Customer Content is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect new features or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will give you notice through the Service or by email before they take effect. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they become effective; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence or of your right to bring proceedings there.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to us through the support option in your Turnpilot account.
